Valga Priimetsa School 100th Birthday Celebration

Our school name is Valga Priimetsa School. Today our school is 100 years old. The 100th Birthday celebration was held on 9 October. We had very beautiful concert on this day. We have seen lots of performances. There were lots of guests, children from kindergartens and students from other schools. Each organisation made a gift for our school. All the teachers and students were very happy!

Teachers' Day in VPMK

In our country we celebrate The Teachers' Day on the 5th of October. During this day we give an opportunity for our teachers to relax and enjoy the day. 9th grade students are teachers on this day. We had 4 lessons and did different interesting exercises and tasks the teacher gave for us. Our class teacher was very clever and polite boy. The most interesting was the art lesson. At 11 a.m. we already were at home 💪😀.

Sport's Day in VPMK

We had our annual sports day on the 27th of September. They day was very active and full of fun. Each student had a partner and we had to work in pairs. All the activities took place in the forest. We had a map where were marked different spots. Our main task was to read the map, run and search for the numbers. Two boys from our class have found all the numbers and they were the winners! This day was really interesting!

International Cleanup Day

International Cleanup Day is an annual global social action program aimed to combating the global solid waste problem. Our school (Valga Priimetsa School) took part in this action. We found lots of rubbish on this day. Lots of trash has been found everywhere. We had plastic bags and collected different rubbish. It was pretty cold but that didn't stop us from working. This year the focus of the program shifted to small and invisible garbage. We really enjoyed this day!

VPMK Project Day: Safety

It was held on the 6th of September. During the day we visited The Estonian Rescue Board, The Estonian Red Cross and the Estonian Road Administration. There were held different games. We also had lots of tasks to do. The whole school family participated in this event. We also tried to put a suit and tied a hose. At the end of the day our class answered for the questions correctly and have won a fantastic prize!
