European Day of Foreign Languages

In 2001, the Council of Europe declared 26 September European Day of Languages.
The aim of this initiative is to show the linguistic and cultural diversity of our continent and to support the learning of foreign languages. Thanks to the knowledge of foreign languages, we have better access to knowledge and better opportunities to meet new people and make friends.

This year...
In English class we solved a quiz about Europe and talked about the importance of learning English. During Spanish lesson the students painted the flags of Spanish-speaking countries, they also learnt interesting facts about Spanish and the countries where this language is spoken. They also listened to Spanish songs.

This is a song dedicated to the Day of European Languages !!!
